Spray Tan Skin Care Instructions:
Pre-Treatment:
* The morning of your spray tan, use only oil-free products. Use an oil-free body scrub to exfoliate your face and body.
* Do not apply any of the following before you spray tan: deodorant, moisturizer, lotion, creams, or makeup. Using any of these products will prevent the spray tan from making good contact with your skin.
* Wear dark, loose clothing. The sunless tanning solution is oil-free and will not stain clothes or bedsheets, however, it contains bronzers that may temporarily rub off on
clothes.
* We provide disposable underwear and a hairnet. If you have long hair, please bring an elastic band or a hair clip to hold your hair off of your neck.
Post-Treatment:
* Do not get wet, swim, sauna or exercise for the first 8 hours after your spray tan to ensure it develops properly.
* Do not shower until the timeframe provided to you by the service provider.
* In your first shower, you should RINSE ONLY. Soaps and Shampoos can lessen the quality of your spray tan.
* To prolong the tan do not use exfoliating body or face wash. Avoid using a loofa or facial brush.
* Avoid products that will exfoliate your skin, such as alcohol-based products, shaving, retinol, or glycolic products.
* Keep your skin moisturized with a product designed to extend the life of your spray tan.
