Message From The Owner:
Hi! I’m Caroline Dorick. After starting my own business in the beauty industry and providing my service as a professional freelance Makeup Artist and licensed Esthetician more than 20 years ago, there are two things I know very well; how to create beauty and the business of beauty, the rest was a personal and professional journey of learning just like you.
As a purveyor of beauty, my job has always been to assist people with their desire to enhance their beauty and look their best with makeup and skincare. However, through the years, it became clear that many people I helped did not feel their best without it; their perception of themselves did not match the beauty that I saw in them. That disturbing reality is what inspired me to teach what I know about how to achieve both, as well as how to use it to your advantage in life and business. It is now my mission to not only enhance your beauty, but help you embrace and empower it!
My goal is to educate people on how to obtain a WHOLE Beauty. I will provide my most valuable tips, tricks and tools, as well as the resources needed to get started. I will even expose the secret to how to use it to your advantage in life and in business so you can create the beautiful world you deserve.
My approach is simple; create a makeover unlike any other, using me, your Whole Beauty Expert, to support and guide you through the process, so you can achieve your desired results and become your most beautiful potential.
I believe the journey to self improvement consist of two essential components: self-care and self-love.

Biography of Caroline Dorick
NCEA and Oncology Certified Master Esthetician and award-winning Professional Makeup Artist, Caroline Dorick, is the Owner of Ocean Counties First 100% Holistic Day Spa, Whole Beauty Bar, located in Forked River, NJ.
Caroline has been a beauty industry leader for over 20 years. She began her career as a freelance professional Makeup Artist and licensed Esthetician in 2002 when she graduated from Atelier Esthetiques in New York City, NY. While there, Caroline extended her study at the world renowned International Dermal Institute, developers of the cosmeceutical (medically validated skincare) line Dermalogica.
Upon graduating, Caroline received her certification as a Makeup and Skin Care Specialist and became a licensed Esthetician. She then returned to her hometown in New Jersey to re-certify and now holds a dual license. Caroline has created her own makeup and skincare line called, Carolina Cosmetics and Skincare, as well as her own costume jewelry line called, Carolina Designs, both of which are no longer in production.
Throughout her extensive career, Caroline has been privileged to work alongside several high-end cosmetic brands including Smashbox Cosmetics, Erno Laszlo, Matrix/Logics, Rusk/Babyliss. Caroline has also been fortunate to work with many pioneers within the beauty industry, such as leading educators, experts, photographers, designers, makeup artists and her clientele consist of several high-profile individuals.
Caroline is also the author of a new E-book soon to be released titled Beauty is NOT Negotiable; A Woman’s Guide to Whole Beauty – How to perceive it, achieve it and take advantage of it in life and in business.
Caroline was inducted into the Professional Who’s Who of Distinguished Professionals and honored as a “Woman of Excellence” in 2015. Caroline has been featured in the April 2017 edition of the national online publication, Women of Distinction Magazine, as a leading authority in the beauty industry for 2017. Caroline is a Founding Member and Member of the Board of Directors beginning 2023 of the Esthetics Council, as well as, a member of the National Coalition of Estheticians Association and the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, Caroline is also a member of the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce, and the Central Ocean Business Association,
Caroline currently resides in New Jersey where she lives happily with her husband and 3 beautiful children. Caroline enjoys inspiring people, advocating for what she believes in, walking, reading, writing and spending time with her family and friends.
