Spa Disclaimer

Reservations:
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. We do accept walk-in guests; however, please note that walk-in appointments are based on availability only. 

Cancellation Policy:
Whole Beauty Bar requires 24 hours notice of any appointment cancellation to help us reschedule your appointment subject to space availability or you will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled treatment price. 

Any appointment cancelled made with less than 4 hours notice and appointment “ no-shows” will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the   scheduled treatment price. 

Arrival: 
Please check in at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment times. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. We do understand that traffic can be unpredictable, therefore, please allow time for travel. If you are running late please inform our Spa Concierge Team.

Consultations:
Whole Beauty Bar is dedicated to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Upon check-in our Spa Concierge team will ask you to fill out a one time intake form, this is to assist us to properly communicate with the estheticians and therapist.

Spa-Etiquette; 
To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Whole Beauty Bar, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum.  Cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged, please keep them on silent mode, please also avoid holding loud conversations while inside the spa.

Children Policy:
All of our treatments and services are indented for adults. Children 13 years and older are permitted at Whole Beauty Bar if they are booked for a service that their parents or guardians give consent for their service.

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 13 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service with parental consent.

We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our guests.

Pregnancy / Medical and Special-Consideration: 
It is your responsibility to declare and disclose any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications on your intake form, to our Spa Concierge Team or prior to your treatment with the estheticians and therapists conducting your service you are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatment or services.  Kindly inform our Spa Concierge Team of any existing medical conditions or skin conditions. We do have specially trained therapist who can perform Prenatal and Oncology appropriate treatments. We will only accept women who are past their first trimester (approximately 12 weeks). Please also note that Whole Beauty Bar or our employee will not take any responsibilities on claims, you do so at our own risk.

Smoking & Alcohol: 
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any treatments.

Valuables: 
We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. Whole Beauty Bar and our employees accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. We kindly ask that you check all belongings before leaving the spa.

Professional Spa:
Our trained estheticians and therapists are here solely to help improve your beauty, wellness and relaxation. If an esthetician and therapist ever feels that a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled.

Gratuities: 
Our treatments and services do not include gratuities/tips, however, a customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. If you wish to give your therapist a tip/gratuity please inform our Spa Concierge team at the front desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

Gift-Certificates:
Gift Certificates for our spa treatments are available.  For more details, please contact our Spa Concierge Team.

Each Gift-Certificate is issued with a valid date of purchase, a one year expiration date and Whole Beauty Bar contact information on the front of the Gift Certificate. Please ensure you or the person receiving the Gift Certification are aware of the one-year expiration date and use them before they expire. Refunds or extensions of the expiration will not be granted.  If an appointment with an expired Gift Certificate is made and completed that has expired, the expired gift certificate can not be honored and payment will be expected to be made for the service that was provided.  

Refund Policy:
Services, Service Packages, VIP Memberships, and Gift Certificates are strictly non-refundable. 

Retail Product and Merchandise Return Policy:
Whole Beauty Bar aims to provide you with premiere retail  products and merchandise. Any opened or used retail product or merchandise can not be returned.  

Any unopened or unused products or merchandise purchased can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt or valid proof of purchase is presented. Any defective item that is unopened or unused can be exchanged for the same item.

Cash refunds for returned retail products or merchandise is prohibited, however, a store credit can be provided under these terms and conditions.

Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are inclusive of New Jersey sales tax at the current rate where applicable. 

Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our guests up to date on any changes that may occur. Please note that Whole Beauty Bar does not accept any responsibility for prices on third party websites. General Disclaimer:

The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Whole Beauty Bar, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Whole Beauty Bar, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
